Purpose

The LifeCare Alliance Employee of the Month program was established for all full and part-time employees of LifeCare Alliance (POHC and CCC) and designed to recognize excellence.

Criteria for Nominating a Staff Employee of the Month

Good-standing employees may be nominated for this award for their exemplary achievements or efforts in one or more of the following areas:

• Makes a difference to LifeCare Alliance and/or members of the community

• Goes above and beyond job responsibilities and expectations

• Excels as a team player

• Through their actions, they encourage others to "Nourish the Human Spirit"

Employee of the Month selections:

SHONDA: Shonda Whitfield has been a huge part in the success of the Columbus Cancer Clinic move, always willing to help us out when needed." "When I needed supplies, Shonda quickly go them for me. Shonda works hard salting the sidewalks and steps so the employees will not fall." "I think she is a hard worker and I am very appreciative for all that she has done."

LOIS: "We received a call from the dining center at the Nazareth Towers, who reported that some clients wanted to thank Lois for carrying their laundry down several flights of stairs when the elevator was not working. Lois did this for three ladies. WAY TO GO, LOIS!"
